-These are all medical professionals who have an extensive background in strength/conditioning and exercise programs with runners of all levels

-We watch you move through a proprietary running assessment to pinpoint your biggest limitations in strength, mobility, and running technique

-You will also be taught how to correct the most glaring problems found with a custom exercise plan
