Office Manager Job Description

As Office Manager for Inside Out Strength & Performance you have three main goals:

1) Create and Maintain Organized Clinic Operations - This is accomplished through managing clinic schedules, organization and implementation of systems and processes, as well as clerical and office tasks.

2) Convert and Maintain Loyal Clients - This is accomplished through excellent customer service and communication with clients, creating a positive environment for all clients.

3) Grow Inside Out Strength & Performance- This is accomplished through encouraging word of mouth referrals, organizing social media and marketing activities and proactively contributing ideas to grow the company and brand.

Your responsibilities will be building and managing clinician schedules, nurturing client relationships and the Inside Out community, developing and implementing systems to organize clinic and business operations. In addition, this will be a sales role that will involve conversion of new business leads to new customers. You must be driven, detail oriented, organized, logical, problem solver, take initiative, conceptual thinker, and motivated.
